Bright Consultancy Shahad HR training Fraud Complaint.

Our Mumbai Crime Page has received a complaint from a person Mr Sayyed Shakir (BDM ) about Bright Consultancy , 1^st floor ,Jaya Apartment , Near  Shahad Station  (E) Ulhasnagar – 421001.

Mr Sayyed saw the Bright Consultancy internet advertisement, that  there is Human Resource Training in Rs5000 and Job after course.  He received appointment letter with commitment of Rs10000 salary  dated 23 Aug 2013 as Business Development Manager(BDM). The complaint received is that the applicant has not received  any salary  till date .

 When the applicant insisted for salary then the management  miss behaved  with abusive language. In his interview he exposed major points.

1.       They recruit people for Rs5000 training in HR. The trainer is also not skilled as per guidelines.

2.       The BDM has to do Multi Level Marketing MLM  job to recruit new people for training.

3.       The BDM will get commission as per new joining.

4.        70-80 persons are joining  every month. For last 3 years with 3 branches Mumbai , Surat,Pune

5.       He didn’t pay salary if target is not achieved.

6.       No terms and condition clarification is in appointment letter.

7.       They give police complaint threat to employees  who oppose them.

When our team communicated Mr. Abhishek .C. Pal , CEO of Bright consultancy of Shahad, he deny to reply  in details . He failed to provide govt. licenses for carrying the educational business. His legal advisor challenged us to publish the news article in our news. Mr Abhishek C Pal didn’t ready to speak our team to clear their views.

Mumbai crime page is now following various departments in State and central ministries. We have communicated secretary of Education ministry of Maharashtra and discussed the day light fraud in the name of training by Bright Consultancy. Soon we are making formal complaint to respective officer. We are also forwarding this issue to India RTI News to collect the tax details of Bright Consultancy of last 3 years from Central Ministry of Finance . We succeed to get the pictures of the Employee team of Bright Consultancy to burst the racket if any irregularities have been found. It seems a labor act violation, Coaching class regulation violation, CRPC, Indian Penal Code under section 420,35 etc.
