Mumbai PIL filed at Bombay High Court against Central and western Railway 

for not wearing uniform by motormen ie Local train driver.As per dress regulation the motormen has to wear dress but only guards are following these regulation. 

Hearing to be start in 1st of December at Bombay High court. Petitioner suspect that any time terrorist can take this lapsation and high jack local train.
