BOMBAY BUILDING (CONTROL OF ERECTION) REGULATION, 1950.

(1) इस विनियमन को बॉम्बे बिल्डिंग (नियंत्रण का नियंत्रण) विनियमन, 1950 कहा जा सकता है। 
(२) यह महाराष्ट्र राज्य में अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों तक फैला हुआ है। 
(३) यह एक बार में लागू होगा।
(४) यह केवल उन्हीं इमारतों पर लागू होगा, जिनका उपयोग थिएटर, सिनेमा या सार्वजनिक मनोरंजन के किसी अन्य स्थान के उद्देश्य से किया जाता है।

(1) This Regulation may be called the Bombay Building (Control of Erection) Regulation, 1950.

(2) It extends to the Scheduled Areas in the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

(4) It shall apply only to buildings which are intended to be used for the purpose of a theatre, a cinema or any other place of public amusement.
