Evidence Act Sec. 166 “Power of jury or assessors to put questions”

ज्यूरी द्वारा या मूल्यांकनकर्ताओं के साथ आजमाए गए मामलों में, ज्यूरी या मूल्यांकनकर्ता गवाहों को जज के माध्यम से या उसके द्वारा किसी भी प्रश्न को रख सकते हैं, जिसे न्यायाधीश स्वयं रख सकता है और जिसे वह उचित समझता है।
 In cases tried by jury or with assessors, the jury or assessors may put any questions to the witnesses, through or by leave of the Judge, which the Judge himself might put and which he considers proper.
